For the past few days, many Bollywood celebs have been investing in real estate. Meanwhile, actor Aamir Khan has now bought a luxury property in the posh area of Pali Hill in Mumbai.
Aamir has bought an apartment in Bella Vista Apartments building in Pali Hill. According to 'Square Yards.com', the price of this apartment is stated to be Rs 9 crore 75 lakh in its documents.
The deal for this apartment spread over 1,027 square feet was finalised on June 25, for which Aamir paid a registration fee of Rs 30,000 and stamp duty of Rs 58.5 lakh.
These days Aamir lives in his bungalow in Bandra. Recently actress Rani Mukherjee had come to his house to meet him.

This is not the first time Aamir has bought property in Bella Vista Apartments. He already has several properties here and in Marina Apartments.
Apart from this, the actor has a luxurious bungalow on the seashore in Bandra, which is spread over 5 thousand square feet. In the year 2013, Aamir also bought a farmhouse worth Rs 7 crore in Panchgani. It is spread over two acres. The actor often celebrates holidays there with his family.

Talking about the work front, Aamir Khan is currently busy shooting for the film 'Sitare Zameen Par' with Genelia D'Souza. It may be released on the occasion of Christmas this year. Apart from this, he is also producing his son Junaid's film 'Ek Din' and Sunny Deol's upcoming film 'Lahore 1947'.
