Leaders Online Desk: The 71st Miss World winner was announced on Saturday (March 9). This time the title went to Kristina Piskova of the Czech Republic. Yasmina of Lebanon was the first runner up. After 28 years, India hosted this spectacular event at Jio World Centre. Another important event in this event is that Nita Ambani, the founder and president of Lions Foundation, has been honored by the Miss World Foundation.
Nita Ambani, founder and chairperson of Reliance Foundation, was conferred with Miss World Foundation's 'Humanitarian Award' for her philanthropic and humanitarian work. Speaking about the honour, Ambani said, “This honor is not just a personal achievement but a testament to the power of compassion.
