'Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain' fame actor Sanand Verma told that he was sexually harassed at the age of 13. Sanand told that Sanand still gets scared remembering that moment. A person had done wrong things to him in his childhood. Actually, Sanand was fond of playing cricket. He used to go to play cricket every day. A rich man used to come there, who tried to sexually harass her. After this incident he stopped playing cricket.
He believes that whenever an act like sexual harassment is done to a child, that incident remains in his mind for life time. No one forgets such an incident easily.
Sanand further said that this incident made him stronger as a person.
Left job to become an actor
Sanand had said in an old interview that after a lot of struggle, I got a job in a company but I left that job one day. There was a very good salary and luxurious lifestyle but I left it thinking that I want to become an actor. After this I came back there again. I had bought a big house and all my savings like graduation and provident fund went into the home loan. I had to sell the car because I did not have money to pay the EMI.
Sanand told that he used to travel 25 kilometers by Mumbai local for auditions. But he was used to luxury lifestyle so he did not like it. After a long struggle, he got a role in 'Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain' and his luck changed.
Worked in films also
Sanand has worked in films like Mardaani, Raid, Pataakha and Chhichhore. Apart from this, he has also been seen in web series like Abduction and Sacred Games. Whereas in TV, Sanand Verma has worked in shows like 'Lapataganj', 'Gupchup', 'Bhabhi Ji Ghar Par Hain' and FIR.
