IPL 2024: Big blow to CSK! 'This' successful bowler returns home leader

Leaders Online Desk : IPL 2024 : Mahendra Singh Dhoni's Chennai Super Kings seem to have suffered a major setback during the IPL. Fast bowler Mustafizur Rahman, who won the Purple Cap for CSK with the highest seven wickets in three matches in the tournament, has returned home to Bangladesh. Hence, he is expected to miss the match against Sunrisers Hyderabad on Thursday (5th).

Why did Mustafizur return home? (IPL 2024)

According to sources, Mustafizur Rahman is currently at his home in Bangladesh and will not be able to play the next few matches for Chennai Super Kings in the IPL 2024 season.

Mustafizur has gone to Bangladesh to resolve visa related issues. Because after the IPL 2024 season, T20 World Cup will be played in West Indies and America in the month of June. Mustafizur has gone home to complete the biometric process for his US visa to participate in this World Cup. His appointment is on April 4, after which he will have to undergo a waiting period. Because of this, it is believed that he will not be able to play the next few matches for CSK. (IPL 2024)
