New Delhi, Leading News Service- 7 newborns died in a fire at a baby care center in Delhi on Saturday (25th May). Taking cognizance of this incident, the court has sent the arrested 2 directors to police custody for three days. The accused director in the case Dr. Naveen Khichi, Dr. Akash was produced in the Karkarduma court. After this, the court sent both to police custody for 3 days.
This baby care center had a license for only five beds. However, they admitted 12 newborns to the hospital in violation of the rules. Along with this, the license had also expired, meanwhile both the arrested directors have confessed to the crime. After this confession, the court sent him to custody for three days.
