Actress Aditi Rao Hydari got engaged to actor Siddharth on March 28. The actress surprised everyone by sharing a post on social media and made this announcement.
Now in an interview, the actress told that she had announced her engagement on the insistence of her mother. Aditi told that she worshiped in the 400 year old family temple and got engaged there.
While sharing this photo, Aditi had written- He said yes! The 'ENGAGED' actress had told that this photo was captured at her house.
'Everything special for me starts from the temple'
In an interview given to Bollywood Bubble, Aditi said, 'Whatever special happens in my life, I had to start from a special place. We have a family temple in Telangana, Sri Rangapur Temple, which is 400 years old. I went there and did a special puja and we got engaged there.

Mother said- calls are coming nonstop
The actress further told that after this many kinds of rumors started, to avoid which her mother had asked her to announce the engagement.
Aditi said- 'After this, many rumors started and to clear them, we decided to make an announcement by uploading a photo on Instagram.
My mother called me and said please tell people, calls are coming nonstop.
Bhansali directed 'Hiramandi' is released on OTT on May 1.
Aditi and Siddharth started dating each other in 2021. The actress is seen in the recently released web series Hiramandi.
