These days Vidya Balan is in discussion about the film 'Do Aur Do Pyaar'. She is seen with Prateek Gandhi in this romantic drama film. The film is released on 19 April. During an interview, Vidya shared an incident from her film 'Dirty Picture' released in 2011. Actually, Vidya was asked to smoke cigarettes in this film. She did not smoke, but knew how to smoke. He smoked so many cigarettes during the shooting of the film that he became addicted to cigarettes.
Vidya had told this story in an interview given to 'Unfiltered by Samdish'. She said that initially she was hesitant about smoking onscreen. But later he got addicted to it.
Vidya had smoked before too, so she knew how to smoke. But he did not have the habit of smoking. He says that as a character you cannot fake it. I could not show any hesitation because there is a special perception about women who smoke. Now it is very less, but earlier it was much more.

Vidya told that she was a little scared to wear short and cleavage-bearing clothes in the film. But this film made him feel liberated. She said- When I thought of becoming an actress, I had never imagined myself like this. When she got this kind of character, she got excited.
