On March 9, Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated projects worth 18,000 crores in Arunachal Pradesh state in northeastern India. He inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of these development projects in the program 'Viksit Bharat Vikas North East' organized at Itanagar in Arunachal. At the same time, the Sela tunnel built at an altitude of 13,000 feet in Arunachal Pradesh was dedicated to the nation.
