South superstar Mohanlal resigns from the post of AMMA President: Committee members Siddiqui and Baburaj accused of sexual harassment, entire committee dissolved

Famous actor of Malayalam film industry Mohanlal has resigned from the post of President of Association of Malayalam Movie Artists (AMMA).

According to reports, after the actor's resignation, all the members of this committee have given joint resignation, after which this committee has now been dissolved.

Everyone has taken this decision after the Hema Committee report came out.

A few days ago, AMMA General Secretary and Veteran Malayalam actor Siddiqui was accused of rape by a Malayalam actress. After this, Siddiqui has resigned from his post.

Meanwhile, AMMA joint secretary Baburaj was also accused of sexual abuse by a junior artist.

AMMA was formed in 1994. More than 500 artists from the Malayalam film industry were associated with it.

Even after such allegations were leveled against AMMA members, Mohanlal remained silent till now. In such a situation, many well-known actors also criticized him.
