Amid the devastation caused by the landslide in Wayanad, the South film industry has come forward to help. So far, apart from Mohanlal, many South stars have donated lakhs of rupees to the Chief Minister's Relief Fund. Actress Jyothika, Karthi and Surya have given financial assistance of Rs 50 lakh.

Rashmika Mandana has donated Rs 10 lakh. On Sunday, Allu Arjun also announced to donate Rs 25 lakh.
