After its renovation that lasted for four years, it was named Mannat. Mumbai-based Fakih & Associates has renovated this 6,000 square feet bungalow.
The structure of this bungalow of Shahrukh-Gauri is of Grade-3 heritage of the 20th century, which is open on all sides. Towards the sky, towards the back and towards the sides. Shahrukh Khan's family lives in only 2 floors in the 6-storey Mannat. The remaining floors are used for other facilities like offices, private bar, private theatre, swimming pool, guest rooms, gym, library, play area and parking.
