Baghban actor Sameer Soni recently spoke about the bitter truth of the acting world. He said that no person should enter this profession on the basis of good looks.
Sameer further gave the example of Rajesh Khanna. He said that at one time girls were so crazy about Rajesh Khanna that they used to kiss his penis. Whereas after Downfall, no one would even go to talk to Rajesh Khanna on the set.
The downfall of an actor is longer than his stardom

Becoming an actor just for glamour is not the right decision
Sameer gave advice to those who want to become an actor only for glamour. He said that people get blinded by the glamour of stardom. But no one sees what conditions an actor has to go through in his entire journey.
About this, he says- You should know why you want to become an actor. If you want to become an actor just for glamour, then don't become one.
But if you really want to take the risk of becoming an actor, then don't sit, don't cry and get ready to waste 4-5 years of your life. The reason is that if you face even a small problem, you will want to run away from it. You should know the truth behind the glamour you see.
Even people with good looks have to struggle to become actors
Sameer said that people who think that they can become actors because of their good looks need a reality check. He says about this- People think that if they have a six pack, they look good, then they can become an actor. But do people know that before getting work, an actor does not even have enough money to pay the rent for 6-8 months. This is the truth.
When you act in front of the camera because you love it, then assume that sometimes you may have to stay on an empty stomach for 10 months.
