Shardul Thakur produced a brilliant all-round performance in the semi-final. Along with scoring 109 runs, he also took a total of 4 wickets in both the innings with 2 each. He was selected as the man of the match. Mumbai will take on the winner between Vidarbha and Madhya Pradesh in the final match. The final match will be played from March 10 to March 14 at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai.

How was the match? (Ranji Trophy 2024)
Tamil Nadu won the toss and elected to bat first. The pitch was helping the bowlers a lot, so there was a lot of debate about Tamil Nadu's decision to bat first. Many veteran cricketers criticized Tamil Nadu captain Sai Kishore for this decision. In the first innings, the Tamil Nadu team was bowled out for just 146 runs.
