Actor and surfing instructor Tamayo Perry, who appeared in the Johnny Depp starrer Hollywood film 'Pirates of the Caribbean', has passed away.
The actor was attacked by a shark while surfing near Goat Island in Hawaii. When a person present there saw Tamayo bleeding, he immediately informed the emergency service.
Officers arrived at the scene and brought Tamayo to the beach on a jet ski, but by then he had died.
Perry often went surfing alone or with family members or friends.
Many marks of shark bites were found on the body
Honolulu Emergency Medical Services confirmed the news of Tamayo's tragic death. According to the report, Tamayo had several shark bite marks on his body. One of his arms and one of his legs were also severed from his body.
It is being said that Tamayo had taken a break from lifeguard duty for some time and had gone surfing.
On Tamayo's birthday on April 16, his wife Emilia Perry shared some photos with the actor.

49-year-old Tamayo was an actor as well as a lifeguard and surfing instructor in Hawaii. Perry started his career in the Ocean Safety Department in July 2016. He worked as a lifeguard on the North Shore.
