Parineeti Chopra has shared a cryptic post on Instagram. She has posted a video on Instagram Stories and advised fans to stay away from toxic people. In this video, Parineeti is sitting on a boat and thinking about something. Along with this, Parineeti has shared a photo of a line written on a page of a book on Instagram Story, which reads – 'Stop living the same year 75 times and calling it life'.
Parineeti said- don't waste even a single second
Sharing the video, Parineeti wrote in the caption, 'This month, I took some time to pause and reflect on life and it made me understand that mindset is everything. Don't give importance to unimportant things (or people). Don't waste a single second. Life is a ticking clock. Every moment should be your choice. Stop living to please others! When you fear the opinions of others, you stop living your life and there will be no bigger regret than this on your last day.'

Parineeti's advice to fans
Parineeti further wrote- 'Find your people. Don't be afraid to remove toxic people from your life. Stop caring about what the world thinks. Keep yourself and your people happy. Change your reactions to things. This is the key to happiness. Life is limited. Live it the way you want to live it.'
Parineeti made her debut in 2011
Parineeti made her Bollywood debut with the 2011 film 'Ladies vs Ricky Bahl', starring Anushka Sharma and Ranveer Singh in the lead roles. The film was a hit, after which Parineeti got work as the lead in the 2012 film 'Ishaqzaade'. Parineeti won the Special Mention National Award for this film. Since then, Parineeti has been a part of a total of 17 films. Her last film was Chamkila which was released on Netflix.
