Now, hearing the appeal of the makers, the Delhi High Court has issued an order against several YouTube channels, websites and social media accounts. According to this order, now no one will be able to violate the intellectual rights of the show.

Justice Mini Pushkaran passed this order on August 14, which states that now no one other than the makers can use the content of the show. Now if anyone copies the characters of this show, creates AI photos, deepfakes and animated videos, then legal action will be taken against him.

According to Bar and Bench, after hearing this petition, no person, owner, employee or agent can host, stream, broadcast, communicate or present the content and dialogues of 'Tarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah' in any manner.
