Nikhil refuses to accept Daljeet as his wife in court: The actress got angry and said- why didn't you tell me this on the day of Karva Chauth, was I a mistress?

TV actress Daljeet Kaur recently filed a fraud complaint against her husband Nikhil Patel, who is a businessman from Kenya. The actress is constantly in the headlines amid the news of divorce. Now the actress has told through a social media post that the first hearing of her case was held in Kenya. However, in the open court, Nikhil has even refused to accept that Daljeet is his official wife. Daljeet Kaur has now got angry at this statement of Nikhil and asked that if she was not his wife, then was she a mistress.

Daljeet Kaur recently wrote on the story section of her social media account, I want to tell those who wanted to know about this that today is my first hearing in the court. His lawyer kept proving the whole time that we were never married. When I filed a complaint, the Indian Police told me that traditions and eyewitnesses are enough to put him behind bars. If he denies the marriage, then we will see what to do next. But his family should be ashamed of saying that there was no marriage.

Daljeet Kaur further mentioned a Kenyan company and wrote, when you invited all your top leaders to a cultural event, did you not invite all their wives for a get-together? Or was I some mistress whom you invited?

In her post, Daljeet further wrote, I am ashamed to know that you are proving that we were not married. You should have told me this on the day of Karvachauth, when I was hungry for my husband till 11:30 in the night. I should have eaten dinner that day. You should be ashamed Nikhil.

Let us tell you that TV actress Daljeet Kaur married actor Shalin Bhanot in 2009, with whom she has a son Jordan. This marriage broke up in 2015, after which Daljeet married Kenya-based businessman Nikhil Patel for the second time in 2023.

The marriage took place in India according to Hindu customs, after which Daljeet shifted to Kenya with her son Jordan, however she returned to India after 8 months. After coming to India, Daljeet accused her husband of cheating and extra marital affair, due to which she came into the headlines.

Since then, Daljit was continuously accusing her husband through social media, after which Nikhil threatened to throw her belongings out of the house and said that he had never registered marriage with Daljit. After a long dispute, Daljit filed a complaint against Nikhil at Agaripada Police Station on 4 August. After Daljit, Nikhil also filed a complaint against Daljit in Kenya, the hearing of which was held on 22 August.
