Mahila Congress will raise its voice in the country until Prajwal Revanna is brought to India

New Delhi, Leading News Service: Congress once again targeted the central government over the Prajwal Revanna case. Congress has also said that until the Government of India does not bring Prajwal Revanna to India and hand it over to the Government of Karnataka, Mahila Congress will raise its voice in this matter from every corner of the country.

Ever since the Prajwal Revanna case came out, the Congress has taken an aggressive stance. Yesterday, Rahul Gandhi had written a letter to Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah asking that strict action should be taken against Prajwal Revanna and all possible help should be given to the women victims in this case. After that, Mahila Congress National President Alka Lamba held a press conference at the Congress headquarters. In this press conference, he attacked the central government along with Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Women and Child Development Minister Smriti Irani and the Chairperson of the Commission for Women.

“The local BJP leaders in Karnataka gave a list of his misdeeds to the party leadership, held a press conference, saying that Prajwal Revanna should not be nominated. Even after that, BJP's ally party nominated him. The matter did not stop with just the nomination but the Prime Minister of the country himself went to promote him, after his misdeeds came to light, Prime Minister Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah as well as the Minister for Women and Child Development and the Chairperson of the Commission for Women are also silent on the matter.” Alka Lamba said it was serious.

President of the National Commission for Women Rekha Sharma is silent

“The Prajwal Revanna case is very frightening and nearly 3000 videos have been found. But Women and Child Development Minister Smriti Irani and National Commission for Women Chairperson Rekha Sharma have remained silent. Central government is trying to protect Prajwal Revanna,” Alka Lamba also alleged at this time.
