Lok Sabha Election: The fight in Delhi will decide the direction of the Assembly

Prashant Tigers (Delhi)

The last two phases of Lok Sabha elections are left in the country. In the capital Delhi, voting is going on in the sixth phase for all the seven constituencies. In the capital, there is a direct fight between BJP and Congress and Aam Aadmi Party. Candidates from both the sides intensified their efforts to reach more voters till the last day of campaigning. In this, except Manoj Tiwari of BJP, both the sides have played a trick on new faces while nominating candidates. BJP's Basuri Swaraj and Congress's Kanhaiyakumar are the eye-catching faces in this election.

Assembly elections will be held in the capital Delhi next year. Against that backdrop, both sides (NDA and India) have tried to perform well in the Lok Sabha elections. It is remarkable that the citizens of Delhi are easily making statements that the same party which won the Lok Sabha in Delhi, formed the government at the Centre!

There is a big difference between the situation when the Lok Sabha elections were announced in the country and when the polling in the capital Delhi is on the horizon. Meanwhile, AAP chief and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal had to go to jail in the Delhi liquor scam case. Since Arvind Kejriwal went to jail, the BJP and the central government have aggressively continued the accusations that Arvind Kejriwal was jailed by misusing the investigative agencies. So Kejriwal also got sympathy.

A few days later, Kejriwal got interim bail. Hence, along with earlier sympathies, there was enthusiasm in the Aam Aadmi Party and the All India Alliance as a whole. However, the Swati Maliwal case that happened after that has put a brake on this enthusiasm. BJP has already raised the issue of Delhi alcohol abuse case. In every meeting, everywhere, Arvind Kejriwal's government has robbed common Delhiites in the Delhi liquor scam case, BJP said. The Swati Maliwal case has pitted Kejriwal against the Aam Aadmi Party, while the BJP has been pushing for it.

On the other hand, Arvinder Singh Lovely, the former state president of the Congress party, which is part of the India Alliance, joined the BJP a few days ago. Lovely, who was the state president of the Congress until yesterday, is asking for votes for the BJP. Therefore, there is a huge difference between the situation when the Lok Sabha elections were announced and the situation now. In this, both sides are trying to do political grudge against each other. An army of leaders is being deployed on both sides.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, BJP President J. P. Nadda, Union Minister Nitin Gadkari along with almost all BJP-ruled states (including allies) Chief Ministers, Deputy Chief Ministers, prominent leaders held campaign meetings, held road shows. On the other hand, Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, Delhi Chief Minister and AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal, Sunita Kejriwal, MP Sanjay Singh, AAP leader and minister Atishi campaigned on behalf of Congress and AAP in the India Alliance. blew up

BJP won seven out of seven seats in 2014 and 2019 Lok Sabha elections. As Delhi is the capital of the country, the Prime Minister, all the Union Ministers live in the capital city of Delhi. Many important offices and institutions are located in Delhi. Delhi is important in many ways. So it will be BJP's effort to win Delhi again. Since 2014, the BJP has been successful in forming governments in various states including the Center under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. In the states where the BJP could not win power, the pundits in the political field were commenting that the BJP and the leadership of Prime Minister Modi also defeated them and won power. Therefore, the BJP believes that the charisma that is going on everywhere in the country will work again in the Delhi Lok Sabha.

AAP and Congress believe that the combined charisma of the India Alliance will be taken away from Tarun. Like in the country, in the Delhi Assembly, Ram temple for BJP, Article 370 and various development works done in the capital Delhi through the central government, facilities provided in urban areas were seen in the campaign, while free electricity, better education, better health facilities provided by the Aam Aadmi Party in ten years, Kejriwal's 10 guarantees and Development works done by Congress during Sampua government and Sheila Dixit era, Congress campaigned on 5 Justice and 25 Guarantee issues.

'AAP' and Congress have also given good publicity to the misuse of investigative agencies by the central government, deliberate imprisonment of opponents, change of the constitution if the BJP comes back to the government. However, in all of these, the Delhi alcohol abuse case from BJP and then the Swati Maliwal beating case, while the misuse of investigative agencies by the India Aghadi, the opponents are deliberately imprisoned, the issue that the BJP will change the constitution, became well known. However, on all these issues, it will be important to see in whose favor the opinions of the general public turn or who gets votes on this issue and who goes against it. Those who are successful in convincing the people of their side will play an important role in the Lok Sabha.
