Kannada actor Kicha Sudeep recently spoke on the murder case involving actor Darshan Thoogudeepa. He said that the victim Renuka Swamy's wife and their unborn child should get justice.
Sudeep also said that due to this incident people are also questioning the Kannada film industry. He hopes that once the culprit is punished, the industry will get a clean chit.
Sudeep has spoken on this entire matter without taking Darshan's name.

In an interview, without naming Darshan, Sudeep said, 'We only know what the media is showing us because we are not going to the police station to get information. It seems that the police and the media are trying to bring out the whole truth of this case and there is no doubt about it.'
Sudeep also demanded justice for Renuka Swamy's family. He said, 'Renuka Swamy who was killed on the road should get justice. Her family and her unborn child should get justice.
The most important thing is that we all have faith in justice and we are confident that justice will be done in this case.

'Kannada film industry has got a bad name'
Sudeep also believes that the murder and the subsequent arrest of actor Darshan has given a bad name to the Kannada film industry.
He said, 'Everyone wants justice for the victim's family. The atmosphere has become very bad right now. It is important for the film industry to get justice as well. Hopefully, after the culprit is punished, the industry will get a clean chit.
The industry does not run in the name of just two people. Thousands of people are associated with it. After the culprit is punished, the film industry will also be able to breathe a sigh of relief.
There was a time when Darshan and Sudeep were considered very close friends.

Let us tell you that Sudeep and Darshan used to be close friends. Both were often spotted together, however in 2017, Darshan broke his friendship with Kichcha Sudeep after being upset with one of his statements.

Darshan accused of murdering a fan
Kannada actor Darshan Thoogudeepa is currently behind bars for the murder of his fan Renuka Swamy, a resident of Bengaluru. On June 11, he and his co-star Pavitra Gowda were arrested on murder charges. The police became suspicious of Darshan and actress Pavitra when both were seen in CCTV footage leaving the crime scene.
