Kejriwal lost 4.5 kg in prison; AAP leaders will fast on April 7 leader

Leaders Online Desk: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, who is in Tihar Jail, has lost four and a half kilos since his arrest on March 21. AAP has claimed that doctors have expressed concern over Kejriwal's weight loss. However, according to the Tihar Jail administration, Arvind Kejriwal is completely fine. Jail doctors have not raised any such concerns. Meanwhile, AAP minister Gopal Rai said that AAP leaders across the country will go on a mass hunger strike on April 7 in support of Kejriwal.

“Arvind Kejriwal has diabetes. Despite his health problems, he worked 24 hours a day in the service of the country. He has lost 4.5 kg since his arrest. This is very worrying. BJP is jeopardizing their health by putting them in jail,” alleged Aam Aadmi Party leader Atishi Marlena.

Fasting at Jantar Mantar on 7th April

After the arrest of Chief Minister Kejriwal, the Aam Aadmi Party has been continuously attacking the BJP and the central government. Delhi Government Minister Gopal Rai attacked the Central Government while speaking to the media today. He said that there will be a mass hunger strike across the country on April 7 to support Arvind Kejriwal's fight.

Gopal Rai said, 'All AAP ministers, MLAs, MPs and party leaders will go on a 'mass fast' at Jantar Mantar on April 7 to protest the arrest of Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. He appealed to those who are against the arrest of Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and want to save democracy and love this country to go on a 'mass fast' in their homes, villages or taluks.

Kejriwal's first night in jail is a nightmare

Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's first night in Tihar Jail was spent in discomfort. They did not sleep until late Monday night. On Tuesday morning, he looked very relaxed. They did yoga, then were given tea and bread without sugar as per prison rules. After this he read newspaper and also watched TV for some time.
