New Delhi, Udari News Service : Karnataka MLC Election : The Central Election Commission on Monday announced the schedule for the elections to the 11 seats of the Karnataka Legislative Council to be held on May 13.
Arvind Kumar Arli of the Karnataka Legislative Council, N.S. Boseraju, K. Govindaraj, Dr. Tejaswini Gowda, Muniraju Gowda, K.P. Nanjundi Vishwakarma, b. I Farooq, Raghunathrao Malkapure, N. Ravi Kumar, S. Radragowda, K Harish Kumar and other 11 members, these seats are falling vacant due to expiry of term on 17 May 2024. The Election Commission has announced a program to fill it.
As per the Election Commission announcement, the notification will be issued on May 27. After that, the last date for candidates to fill the election application will be June 3, while voting will be held on June 13 and counting of votes will be held on the same day.
