In an incident that took place on Saturday night, actress Raveena Tandon and her driver were accused of assaulting an elderly woman under the influence of alcohol. Now Kangana Ranaut has come out in support of the actress. Kangana posted a story on her Instagram account and wrote- What happened to Raveena Tandon ji is very worrying. If there were 5-6 more people in the opposing group, they would have been beaten to death. We condemn such incidents of road rage. Those people should be reprimanded. Those people should refrain from such violent and toxic behavior.

An officer from the Khar police station said, 'The complainant lodged a false complaint in the alleged video. We checked the entire CCTV footage of the society and found that Raveena's driver was reversing the car from the road into the society when the family passed by their car.
The family stopped the car and told the driver that he should check if there is someone behind before reversing. An argument broke out between them over this.
Raveena's car did not hit anyone
The officer further said- This argument turned into abuse and Raveena came to the spot to see what happened to her driver. The actress tried to save her driver from the mob but the mob started abusing her.
No one was injured in the incident. When we checked the CCTV footage, we found that the car did not hit anyone and Raveena was also not drunk.
The victim's son had claimed assault
Earlier, the victim's son had claimed that his mother was injured by Raveena's car near Rizvi Law College in Bandra, Mumbai.
