New Delhi, Leading News Service: The defamation case against Trinamool Congress leader Mahua Moitra in the Delhi High Court was withdrawn by her ex-boyfriend Jai Anant Dehadrai on Thursday (April 25). Delhi High Court also allowed this decision.
Dehadrai had filed a defamation case against Trinamool Congress leader Mahua Moitra. In it, he claimed that he had “made false, defamatory and defamatory statements after Moitra's Lok Sabha login case.” After this, he requested the Delhi High Court to withdraw the defamation case on Thursday on the grounds of peace.
Justice Pratik Jalan commented that Anant Dehadarai's suggestion was positive that both parties agreed not to make personal accusations against each other and that it would benefit both parties if the dispute was taken out of the public domain.
