The construction of Purandar and Navi Mumbai airports will be completed speedily to increase air traffic in the state. He said that the work of expansion of Pune airport will also be completed immediately.

When I was the mayor of Pune, I came to Delhi with issues related to Pune airport. At that time there was a discussion with the civil aviation department officials. However, Mohol recalled that he never dreamed that one day he would take charge of this department as the Minister of State.
