In the case filed against Kangana, Special Court MP-MLA Anuj Kumar Singh will be cross-examined in the court. Statements of the lawyers will be recorded in the afternoon.
Advocate Ramashankar Sharma had filed a petition against Kangana in the Special Court MP-MLA on September 13, accusing her of treason and insulting the nation.
Advocate Ramashankar Sharma, President of Rajiv Gandhi Bar Association in Agra, while alleging in the petition, said – Kangana made indecent remarks on lakhs of farmers sitting on dharna. He was declared a murderer and rapist. Not only this, Kangana had made fun of the non-violent principle of Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi on 16 November 2021.
Kangana accused of hurting sentiments Advocate said- I am also from a farmer family. Did farming for 30 years. I have respect for the farmers and the father of the nation. Kangana has hurt our sentiments and those of lakhs of farmers. There should be a case of treason against him.
Ramashankar Sharma told that on August 31, he had sent a complaint to the Police Commissioner and New Agra police station and demanded action. In this case, Advocate Ramashankar Sharma's statement was to be made in the court on 17th September, but the court had given the date of 25th September.
BJP distanced itself from Kangana's statement, said- her personal opinion Seeing the increasing controversy over Kangana's statement, BJP had distanced itself from Kangana's statement. The party had said- These are Kangana's own views. The party does not agree with this. Kangana has been instructed not to make such statements further.
Kangana has already given controversial statements on farmers
1- Compared the agitating farmers with Khalistani terrorists Kangana had given many statements during the farmers' movement. He had compared the agitators with Khalistani terrorists on social media. It was written on social media – 'Khalistani terrorists are putting pressure on the government today, but we should not forget a woman Prime Minister Indira Gandhi. Indira Gandhi had crushed him under her shoe.
Kangana had posted a story on Instagram calling the farmers Khalistani.
2- Women join the farmers' movement for Rs 100. Kangana made a social media post on 27 November 2020 during the farmers' movement. In this, Kangana posted a photo of a woman and wrote that this woman who participated in the farmers' protest is the same famous Bilkis Dadi, who was in the Shaheen Bagh protest, who is available for Rs 100.

CISF constable slapped Kangana on her statement

When Kangana Ranaut came to Chandigarh airport 3 months ago, CISF woman constable Kulwinder Kaur slapped her. A video of a CISF constable was also revealed, in which she was saying that when Kangana had asked the woman involved in the farmers' movement to protest for Rs 100, her mother was also sitting on the protest.
After the slap, the officials at the airport took Kulwinder Kaur into custody. After this he was suspended.
