New Delhi; Leading News Service: The Congress has concluded that the defeat of Maha Vikas Aghadi in 6 seats in Maharashtra was due to Prakash Ambedkar's 'disadvantage' in the Lok Sabha elections. Congress Spokesperson Supriya Sreeneth has claimed in a post on 'X' on social media that the BJP won 17 seats and got 17 seats for the Mahayuti as Vanchit was not with them.
Prakash Ambedkar's Vanchit, Mayawati's BSP and Owaisi's MIM benefited the BJP in Maharashtra and Uttar Pradesh. In Akola, Buldhana, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Northwest Mumbai, Palghar and Hatkanangle constituencies in the state, the candidates of Mavia were defeated because of Vanchit and MIM. Sreeneth has said that Uddhav Thackeray's Shiv Sena lost 5 seats and Congress candidate in one seat.
