Leader Online Desk: An encounter between Naxalites and security forces has been going on since yesterday in Narayanpur-Bijapur-Dantewada border area of ​​Chhattisgarh. Security forces have succeeded in killing a total of eight Naxalites (Chhattisgarh) on Thursday (24th). Also, the police have seized 8 weapons and a large quantity of ammunition from the spot. Chhattisgarh police and security forces have achieved great success in this operation. Meanwhile, SP Dantewada Gaurav Rai has informed that the search operation is still going on in the area.
According to a statement issued by the Narayanpur police, the encounter started around 11 am on Thursday in the forest on the border of Bijapur and Narayanpur districts. Around 1000 security guards from Bastar, Narayanpur and Dantewada were involved in the operation. Meanwhile, Chhattisgarh police and security forces have achieved great success in this operation.
