RLJP chief Pashupati Paras has resigned from the post of Union Minister after being left empty-handed in the NDA seat allocation held on Monday (18) evening. Pashupati Paras announced his resignation as minister in a press conference on Tuesday. Speaking on this occasion, he said, 'Injustice was done to me and my party. We have not been given a single seat, he explained.

BJP will contest 17 and JDU 16 seats in Bihar

The seat distribution in the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) in Bihar has been announced recently. Here again BJP has come in the role of big brother. BJP is contesting on 17 seats in Bihar. JDU has got 16 seats. Talking about other allies, Chirag Paswan's Lok Jan Shakti Party (Ramvilas) has bagged 5 seats, Jitan Ram Manjhi's party HAM 1 seat and Upendra Kushwaha's party Rashtriya Lok Janata Dal 1 seat. However, Pashupati Paras's RLJP has not been given a single seat in this.
