New Delhi, Leading News Service: The Supreme Court on Tuesday reprimanded both Patanjali Ayurveda founder Yog Guru Baba Ramdev and thesis director Acharya Balkrishna for spreading misleading and false advertisements that Patanjali's medicine “Coronil” would completely cure Corona during the Covid era and rejected their apology. The Supreme Court also directed to submit a new apology in this matter and appear again in person in the next hearing. Baba Ramdev

A bench of Justice Hima Kohli and Justice Ahsanuddin Amanullah is hearing the petition filed by the Indian Medical Association (IMA). During this hearing, Baba Ramdev and Acharya Balkrishna appeared in person and apologized unconditionally to the court. Both the judges expressed strong disapproval of Baba Ramdev holding a press conference the very next day to continue spreading false and misleading advertisements of his Ayurveda medicines despite giving clear instructions in the November 21 hearing to immediately stop the circulation of misleading and false advertisements. In this case, you cannot take the order of the court lightly by simply asking for an apology, the judge dismissed the apology of Baba Ramdev and Acharya Balkrishna. Patanjali's media division is no different. Even after filing the affidavit in the last hearing, misleading and false advertisements continue to be propagated. This is a very serious matter and the Supreme Court has directed to appear in person and submit an apology next week.

Even after Baba Ramdev's Patanjali claimed that there is no allopathic treatment for Corona, why did the central government not take action against the company? The judge asked this question. On this, Advocate General Tushar Mehta took notice of this issue and said that Patanjali Company has made a big mistake. Baba Ramdev's lawyer Balbir Singh requested the court that Baba Ramdev has apologized for the incident and that he should be given one last chance.
