New Delhi; Leading News Service: Delhi Police registered a case against Vibhav Kumar in the Swati Maliwal beating case on Thursday (May 16). Maliwal filed a complaint of misconduct by Arvind Kejriwal's personal assistant Vibhav Kumar. After that Delhi Police took this action. A case has been registered against Vibhav Kumar. It is clear that Swati Maliwal did not take Arvind Kejriwal's name in this case.

It was alleged that Rajya Sabha MP and AAP leader Swati Maliwal was beaten up in the Chief Minister's House in Delhi. Later on Thursday, Delhi Police recorded Maliwal's statement. Accordingly, a case has been registered against Vibhav Kumar. On Thursday, Delhi Police reached Swati Maliwal's house and returned from her house after about four hours. In the meantime, Swati Maliwal gave a statement to the Delhi Police about the misbehavior she had been subjected to. In his statement, he gave a complete account of the incident that took place on May 13. However, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's name is not mentioned in his complaint to the police.

Meanwhile, Swati Maliwal remained silent after the abuse case. But after filing a complaint with the police, he posted on 'X' and expressed his reaction. Maliwal said in the post, “What happened to me was very bad. The past few days have been very difficult for me. Important elections are going on in the country, Swati Maliwal is not important, the issues of the country are important. Special request to the BJP not to politicize this incident.” He gave this reaction.
