There was a thrill in the Arabian Sea on Sunday. According to the information received by NCB, drugs were coming from Pakistan by a boat. NCB and Coast Guard planned the operation. A Pakistani boat was spied using Coast Guard ships and helicopters. As the boat followed the coast guard vessels, the boat was traveling in a crooked course, giving the coast guard vessels a nudge; But the Coast Guard's fast ship Rajaratna caught up with the Pakistani boat. Coast Guard personnel boarded the boat. 14 Pakistani nationals on the boat were arrested. During the search of this boat, 86 kg of heroin was found. The Coast Guard has said that its cost is Rs 600 crore. The arrested Pakistanis have been brought to Porbandar, where they are being thoroughly interrogated.

On the one hand, while the sea was running high, Gujarat ATS and NCB jointly raided drug factories in Rajasthan and Gujarat and seized mephedrone worth Rs 300 crore. Simultaneous raids were conducted at Bhinmal in Rajasthan's Jalore district and Osian in Jodhpur district and Amreli in Gujarat following information that three factories manufacturing mephedrone were operating. Mephedrone in powder and liquid form was seized. NCB Deputy Director General Dyaneshwar Singh has said that its market value is Rs 300 crore.
