Zeenat Aman married twice. Her first marriage was with actor Sanjay Khan. However their relationship did not last long. Then in 1985, Zeenat Aman married actor Mazhar Khan. But unfortunately she had to endure a lot in the relationship too.

Zeenat Aman said- Mazhar was addicted to medicines

He had become addicted to prescription drugs, painkillers. At one time he was taking medicine seven times a day. Doctors had said that his kidneys would stop functioning. The children used to request that I request them not to take medicines.
It was difficult for Zeenat to end her relationship with her second husband.
Zeenat Aman had further said – Ultimately his kidney got damaged. It was at this time that I thought of getting out of this relationship. It took me a long time to do this because I was worried about her after coming out of the relationship. I fought a lot of battles for them. It was very difficult for me to get out of this relationship.
