International Joint Secretary General of Vishwa Hindu Parishad Dr. Surendra Jain claimed that an old senior leader of Congress disclosed that even if the decision of the Supreme Court is changed, after Rahul Gandhi comes to power, Babri Masjid will be built in place of Ram Temple.
