Actor Vijay Raj, who appeared in films like 'Run', 'Delhi Belly' and 'Gully Boy', has been dropped from the upcoming film 'Son of Sardar 2'. According to media reports, Vijay misbehaved with the makers on the set. Apart from this, the makers were also upset with his increasing demands.
On the other hand, the actor clarified the matter and said that he was removed from the film only because he did not greet Ajay Devgan on the set.

Talking to Pinkvilla on this matter, the film's co-producer Kumar Mangat Pathak said, 'Yes, it is true that we have removed Vijay Raj from the film due to his bad behavior on the set. He had made many demands including a bigger room and a vanity van like Ajay Devgan, due to which we showed him the way out of the film.'
'He was asking us for a premium suite'
Mangat further said, 'We were paying Vijay's spot boy Rs 20,000 per night, which is more than what is paid to any big actor. UK is an expensive place. Still, we provided good rooms to everyone during the shooting, but Vijay was demanding premium suites from us.
The film's co-producer Kumar Mangat Pathak has made several allegations against Vijay.
When we tried to convince him, he spoke in a very rude manner. He said that you people approached me, I did not come to ask for work. We tried to fulfill all his demands, but his behavior kept getting worse and his demands were not ending. After many discussions, we decided to remove him from the film.
'Vijay even refused to return the advance'
Mangat further said, 'There is no place for unprofessional behaviour on the sets of our film. It is a good thing that we removed him before the shooting started, because his presence and behaviour could have created many problems on the set. He has also refused to return the advance he had taken.'

On the other hand, actor Vijay Raj has something else to say. He told Pinkvilla, 'I reached the location on time for the trial. When I reached the van, everyone came to meet me there. When I got out of the van, I saw Ajay Devgan standing at a distance of about 25 meters. Due to being busy, I could not meet him, could not welcome him. After 25 minutes, Kumar Mangat Pathak came to me and said that we are removing you from the film.'
Vijay further said, 'This happened only because I did not greet Ajay Devgn. I was removed from the film 30 minutes after I reached the set… and misbehaviour is out of the question. They asked me to stay in a small room with no space to move around. I am a person who does yoga in the morning and I needed some space in the room. I have been in the industry for 26 years… can't I demand this?'

Vijay's spot boy sexually harassed hotel staff
If the officials present on the set are to be believed, Vijay Raj's spot boy allegedly sexually harassed the hotel staff under the influence of alcohol. Regarding this, Vijay said- 'This is a different matter. This incident happened 10 hours after I was removed from the film. I have nothing to do with it. However, I do not promote such behavior. I am not working with that spot boy anymore.'
