When Narendra Modi was working as the Chief Minister of Gujarat, I surveyed elections in Gujarat four times. I had small meetings with him three to four times during this period. His political career blossomed from that position and he directly aspired to the post of Prime Minister. Modi's specialty is his strong grip on administration. Many senior administration officials told me that Modi had a unique knack for pursuing each task. We used to be alert from seven in the morning. Because, there was no name when his phone would come. The reason for this is their penchant for completing any work on time and without any hurdles. It was through his vision that Gujarat was transformed. As a Gujarat model (model), he was acclaimed not only in the country, but also globally.

A senior Congress leader from Nandurbar has a factory in Gujarat. Due to the natural calamity, the area had suffered huge damage. The leader conveyed this information to Modi through email. Then fifteen days later, Modi informed the leader that the damaged area had completely transformed. After this the leader said, I have never experienced such promptness towards a work before. Even today Modi behaves the same way. Whatever the work may be, they keep in mind all the current details and take further action accordingly. If there are any problems, they also guide the concerned employees on how to remove them. This is the specialty of his work.
A sense of respect for Modi
There are occasional accusations that Modi is being rude to the opposition. But the reality is completely different. Because, I have spoken to many staunch opponents of Modi. Their opposition is only ideological. Interestingly, even one of them categorically rejected any possibility that Modi is corrupt. This is Modi's strength. So even today, leaders like Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi, Sharad Pawar, etc. cannot accuse Modi of corruption. He seems to be in a dilemma when speaking against Modi.
