New Delhi; Leading News Service: Thackeray group leader Sanjay Raut has claimed that BJP is trying to sideline Yogi Adityanath by placing a gun on Devendra Fadnavis' shoulder. Raut interacted with the media when he arrived for the India Alliance meeting.
He said that those who worked to break Shiv Sena and NCP in Maharashtra had hurt the sentiments of the people. So people have taught them a lesson. We have won 30 seats and BJP has stopped at only nine.
The Devendra Fadnavis factor has not worked in the state, he has been defeated and the people have retired him. Therefore, he also threatened that what will he do to serve the people now. We respect Yogi Adityanath. He said that efforts are on to remove Yogi by placing a gun on Fadnavis' shoulder.
Fadnavis is ready to resign as BJP got fewer seats in Maharashtra. If Fadnavis resigns, pressure will increase on Yogi Adityanath and he will have to resign. Raut also claimed that this is a plot of BJP. Raut said that Nitish Kumar and Chandrababu Naidu are not just Modi's friends but everyone's friends.
