TMC Leader Shahjahan Sheikh: Court sent to police custody
Trinamool Congress has suspended Shah Jahan Sheikh from the party for six years. Trinamool leader Derek O'Brien gave this information in Kolkata. Earlier, Shahjahan Sheikh, the main accused in the Sandeshkhali violence in West Bengal, was arrested on Thursday. Trinamool Congress (TMC) leader Shaikh was absconding after the attack on a team of Enforcement Directorate (ED) officials. He was arrested by the police on the orders of the Calcutta High Court.
