New Delhi, Leading News Service: Aam Aadmi Party's Rajya Sabha MP Swati Maliwal claimed that I am receiving threats of rape and death. He also alleged that YouTuber Dhruv Rathi made a video of a one-sided reaction to the beating case.
Aam Aadmi Party Rajya Sabha MP Swati Maliwal has come into the limelight after the beating case. “Aam Aadmi Party tried to defame me. This was claimed by Maliwal. Now rapes and killings are being given. This was claimed by Maliwal while posting some screenshots on 'X'. The screenshot shared by Maliwal in this post shows him being threatened. They have also clarified that they have filed a complaint with the Delhi Police and they will investigate.
After the leaders and volunteers of my party ie AAP orchestrated a campaign of character assassination, victim shaming and fanning of emotions against me, I have been getting rape and death threats.

Swati Maliwal also targeted YouTuber Dhruv Rathi in the post. “Dhruv Rathi's video on Swati Maliwal beating case is like Aam Aadmi Party spokesperson. I tried to contact Dhruv Rathi to explain my side; But they refused to take my calls and messages.” Maliwal also said.
“Dhruv Rathi, in his two-and-a-half-minute video, has defended the Aam Aadmi Party, ignoring many things. Why did the Aam Aadmi Party take a U-turn on the beating case? Why was the partial video viral? Why was Vibhav Kumar's phone formatted? Dhruv Rathi did not pay attention to these things.” Swati Maliwal has also pointed out.
