In a conversation with Connect Cine, Swara told that due to her name being associated with controversies, now no one in the film industry wants to cast her. Some casting directors who know Swara told her that they often get briefs for actresses like Swara Bhaskar. But when asked why they are not casting Swara, they said that they do not want to get into any controversy. They want actors like Swara but not Swara Bhaskar.
I have become untouchable for many producers in the industry. Swara said- These are not my words, these are the words of my well-wishers and directors, producer friends. Who have called and told me all this. People told me that they want to cast me, but in the studio, they are rejected after hearing my name.
The husband said, 'Now shut up and act'
Sharing an anecdote related to her husband Fahad Ahmed, Swara said- Fahad had also gone to the screening of my last film 'Jahan Chaar Yaar'. That film did not do well but I had worked very hard. After the screening, Fahad came to me and said- I have to admit that you have really made a huge sacrifice. You are such a good actress. You should have worked more. Now you should keep quiet and do more films.
Fahadh-Swara got married in 2023
Swara married Samajwadi Party leader Fahad Ahmed in 2023. On 23 September 2023, Swara gave birth to a daughter named Rabia. Since marriage, Swara is away from films and is busy raising her daughter.
