The Supreme Court will hear the NEET result tampering tomorrow

New Delhi : A Public Interest Litigation has been filed in the Supreme Court in connection with paper tearing and confusion in the results of the NEET examination. The hearing will be held tomorrow, Tuesday (10th). The Union Education Ministry has also constituted a committee to investigate the NEET scam. In the petition filed in the Supreme Court, the NEET exam has been demanded to be retaken. A petition has also been filed in Kolkata High Court and Delhi High Court in this regard.

Writ Petition in Supreme Court against Award of Grace Marks

A student named Karthik from Andhra Pradesh has challenged in the Supreme Court the decision of the National Testing Agency to award grace marks to students in the examination. 1536 students have been given grace marks due to confusion at the NEET exam center. Students from 6 exam centers in the state including Meghalaya, Haryana, Chhattisgarh, Surat and Chandigarh complained about this. Director General of National Testing Institute, Subodh Kumar Singh, held a press conference and clarified that there was no confusion in the exam.
