The order issued by CM Kejriwal from 'ED' custody will be investigated leader









Leader Online Desk : Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal was arrested on Thursday, March 22, in connection with the liquor policy scam. He has been remanded in Enforcement Directorate ('ED') custody till March 28 (Arvind Kejriwal arrest news). Does Kejriwal's order have legal basis?

While Kejriwal is in ED custody, does he have the power to issue orders to the government, is such action within the ambit of the 'PMLA Court' order? The ED will probe whether Kejriwal can sign documents required to run the government during custody. As per the court order, Kejriwal can meet his wife Sunita Kejriwal and personal assistant Bibhav Kumar for half an hour every day from 6 to 7 pm, while he can meet his lawyers for half an hour. Kejriwal ordered the water ministry

On Saturday, March 23, Kejriwal issued the first order from the 'ED' custody. This order is related to Ministry of Water, Delhi. In his order, Kejriwal directed Water Minister Atishi to solve drinking water and sewage problems in many parts of Delhi. Speaking to the media, Atishi had said that there are many problems of water and sewerage in some parts of Delhi. They feel that the citizens of Delhi should not face any problem while they are in jail. Summer is also approaching, so while in the custody of the ED, he was also said to have ordered the right number of tankers to be arranged for water shortage areas. (Arvind Kejriwal ED custody)

Gangs run from jail, not government: BJP

BJP MP Manoj Tiwari has warned that criminal gangs are run from prisons, not the government. He also criticized Kejriwal's wife Sunita Kejriwal.
