Faizan Khan, the accused who threatened to kill Bollywood king Shahrukh Khan, has been arrested from Raipur. He has been kept on police remand for 10 days. Investigation has revealed that several days before giving the threat, Faizan was tracing the location of Shahrukh Khan and extracting information related to the security of his family.
According to a recent Times of India report, Faizan, who was arrested for threatening Shahrukh, was extracting information related to the security of Shahrukh Khan and his family with the help of online search. Faizan was also tracking the actor's son Aryan Khan.
Mumbai Police had seized another mobile phone of Faizan, whose forensic analysis report has revealed this information.
Shahrukh Khan had come with his family to cast his vote during the Maharashtra Assembly elections held on 20 November.
Faizan is continuously misleading the police
According to reports, when Faizan was asked questions related to tracing the actor's location in police custody, he was continuously misleading by giving strange statements.

Said in threat – I will kill Shahrukh
According to the DCP, a call was received from an unknown number at Bandra Police Station. In this the caller threatened and said, I will kill Shahrukh of the band stand. If I am not given 50 lakhs, I will kill Shahrukh Khan. When the caller was asked his name, the reply was – It doesn't matter to me, my name is Hindustani.
After receiving the complaint, three police officers from Mumbai reached Raipur. On the night of 6 November, he stayed in a hotel in Raipur. In the early morning, they went to Faizan's house after checking the location of the mobile SIM in Pandari area. Interrogated for about 2 hours regarding the threatening call.
Faizan had complained about the loss of SIM to the police station on 4 November.
Threat given through lost mobile
During interrogation, Faizan told that his mobile was lost on 2nd November, for which he had lodged a complaint at Khamhardih police station on 4th November, whereas a threatening phone call had been received at Bandra police station on 5th November. Faizan was released after showing the copy of the complaint at the police station. He was again called to Mumbai on 14 November for questioning, although on suspicion he was already arrested and taken on police remand. According to Faizan's initial statement, the threat was given from his stolen mobile, however, in the second phone recovered from him, many things related to Shahrukh were registered.
Faizan has given a digital copy of the complaint to Dainik Bhaskar.

Faizan told Dainik Bhaskar that he saw a reel going viral on social media. This was a clip from Shahrukh Khan's film Anjaam released in 1994. In one scene, he is coming after hunting a deer with a gun in his hand.
During this, he is telling his servant Hari Singh that there is a deer lying in the car, cook it and eat it. Then in the film an actress asks Shahrukh Khan why he kills innocent animals. On this Shahrukh Khan is saying that he likes it, he enjoys it a lot.
In this matter Faizan has demanded to ban the film Anjaam. There was an objectionable dialogue in a scene of this film.
The faith of Bishnoi community was hurt. Faizan told that the people of Bishnoi community worship the deer. One of the 29 religions of the society is to protect the deer. In such a situation, the faith of Bishnoi community has been hurt by Shahrukh Khan's objectionable dialogue.
Shahrukh tried to incite riot While describing the scene of the film Anjaam in the complaint, Faizan had said that Shahrukh Khan comes from a particular religion. They want to instigate riots by hurting Bishnoi community. In October, he had complained to the Mathania police station of Jodhpur in Rajasthan and the Bandra police, including the Mumbai police commissioner, regarding the police creating a rift between the two communities.
In his complaint to the SSP, he has stated that there is a threat to his and his family's life from Shahrukh Khan.
