Srinagar, News Agency : Mohammad Razzaq was killed in firing by terrorists in Rajouri, Jammu and Kashmir. He was a resident of Kunda Tope Shahdara Sharif. This is the third incident of target killing in Jammu and Kashmir in the last one month.
Razzak's brother is a soldier in the Indian Army. Razzak had to pay the price of having a brother in the Indian Army and himself in the service of the Indian government. Twenty years ago, terrorists killed Razzak's father Mohammad Akbar in this village for this reason. After the father, the son has also become a martyr for the motherland in a sense. Mohammad Akbar was serving in Social Welfare Department. After Mohammad Akbar, Razzak was given a compassionate job.
The terrorists fired at Razzaq with a US-made M4 rifle and a pistol. The police have recovered M4 rifle bullets from the spot.
Army officials along with the police have launched a search operation in Kunda village with Shahdara Sharif under Mandi taluka thane limits in Rajouri. High alert has been issued in Rajouri district.
