Tabu spoke on young roles in films: When the audience knows about the real age, the role will seem pretentious

Recently, during an interview, actress Tabu talked about age-appropriate roles. She said that now she cannot play young roles in films. She prefers to play roles of her actual age.

The actress said- Recently, older actors have played young characters in films. Because earlier there was no concept of young age, then different actors used to play young characters. But unlike them, I do not want to play the role of a young woman in films.

Tabu further said, 'Even if I get an offer to play the role of a young woman, I will not do it. Because when the audience knows your real age, playing such young roles will look pretentious.'
