What exactly is in CCTV footage?
In the CCTV footage circulated by 'AAP', Maliwal is seen coming out of Chief Minister Kejriwal's house. They are caught by female security guards. The footage also shows Maliwal arguing with security personnel outside the premises. As soon as Maliwal enters the street, the woman shakes the hands of the security guard. Meanwhile, two policemen are also seen there. She points towards the Chief Minister's residence and says something to him. Maliwal, however, has alleged that the CCTV footage has been altered (Swati Maliwal assault case).
Vibhav Kumar pulled up my shirt; Maliwal's complaint
Swati Maliwal has complained to the police that she was beaten up by Vibhav Kumar (Swati Maliwal assault case). “While I was waiting to meet the Chief Minister, suddenly Vibhav Kumar came there. They started abusing without any discussion. They did not stop after the abuse. They started beating him. He deliberately pulled my shirt up. He has said in the complaint that despite all this happening, no one came to my help.
Threats from Maliwal itself, Aap's allegation
Aam Aadmi Party has accused Swati Maliwal through a viral video that Arvind Kejriwal's personal assistant Vibhav Kumar beat up Swati Maliwal as a conspiracy of BJP. Delhi government minister and AAP leader Atishi made this disclosure in a press conference on Friday. She said that the serious allegations made by Swati Maliwal against Vibhav Kumar in the complaint are completely false. This is a BJP conspiracy to surround Kejriwal after he comes out of jail. A video has surfaced today, in which Maliwal can be seen sitting comfortably in the drawing room. They are threatening security personnel and abusing Vibhav Kumar. No injuries are visible on his body. So the allegations made by them are completely wrong.
