The film 'Swatantrya Veer Savarkar', which earned Rs 1 crore 25 lakh across the country on the opening day, has done good business on the second day. On Saturday, the film did a business of Rs 2 crore 25 lakh at the Indian box office. Its total occupancy was 25.30% which is 10% more than Friday.
The Indian collection of the film has reached Rs 3 crore 35 lakh in two days. It has earned Rs 4 crore 85 lakh worldwide.
Getting good response in Marathi language
This film, which was also released in Marathi language, got 48% (147 shows) occupancy in Pune and 31.50% (323 shows) occupancy in Mumbai on the second day. Randeep Hooda, who is playing the lead role in the film, has also debuted as a director. Apart from him, Ankita Lokhande and Amit Sial are also seen in it.
The comedy film 'Madgaon Express' is also earning well despite the clash.

Whereas Kunal Khemu directed 'Madgaon Express' saw a jump of 66.87% in its earnings on the second day. After earning Rs 1 crore 63 lakh on Friday, the film did a business of Rs 2 crore 72 lakh on Saturday. Now its total Indian box office collection has reached Rs 4 crore 35 lakh.
This is Kunal's first film as a director. In this, Divyendu Sharma, Prateek Gandhi, Avinash Tiwari and Nora Fatehi are seen in lead roles.
On the second Friday, 'Yoddha' did a business of only Rs 90 lakh.

Siddharth Malhotra's film 'Yodha' has earned Rs 1 crore 52 lakh on its second Saturday. Its occupancy on Saturday was 18.36%.
Earlier on Friday it had earned Rs 90 lakh. The film had earned Rs 26 crore 9 lakh in the first week. The total box office collection of the film has been Rs 28 crore 51 lakh.
