Stock Market Updates | Sensex, Nifty rise after 3 consecutive sessions of decline


Leaders Online Desk: After 3 consecutive sessions of selling in the Indian stock market, buying was seen on Thursday. The market had fallen by around 3 percent in the last three sessions. But today, Thursday, the stock market started with a boom. Sensex opened at 73,183 today. After that, it showed ups and downs. By the end of the morning trade, the Sensex was up 350 points to 73,300. 'This' shares boom

Power Grid, M&M, Bharti Airtel, Tata Steel, LT, TCS JSW Steel, Infosys are the top gainers on Sensex. While the shares of Nestle India, Titan, Axis Bank, HCL Tech have fallen.

Top gainers on Nifty are BPCL, HDFC Life, Adani Ports, Power Grid, LTIMindtree. The shares of Apollo Hospital, HCL Tech, Axis Bank, Nestle India are showing decline.

Especially in the mid and small cap sector there is buying. The market is being supported by gains in auto, metals and government banking stocks.

Earlier on Tuesday, the Sensex had fallen 456 points to close at 72,943. The stock market was closed on Wednesday on the occasion of Ram Navami. The benchmark Nifty 50 and BSE Sensex had fallen 2.7 percent each in the last three sessions.

The US Federal Reserve has signaled that it will not cut interest rates any time soon. Due to this, the US stock market index stopped falling yesterday on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Asian market indices opened with marginal gains. (Stock Market Updates)
