A chemical tanker from South Korea capsized in the waters off Yamaguchi in southwestern Japan today (Dec. 20), causing a major accident. According to Al Jazeera, eight people in the sea tanker have died and two others are missing. Fortunately, one crew member survived. The incident occurred close to the main island of Honshu in southwestern Japan, about 1,000 km (620 miles) from the capital Tokyo.
