Iqbal Ratnasi has also dismissed the news that Sonakshi will convert to Islam after marriage. He said- She (Sonakshi) is not converting to Islam and this is confirmed. This is a union of hearts. Religion has no role in this. Both believe in humanity.
He further said that Hindus call God as Bhagwan and Muslims call him as Allah. But in the end everyone is a human being. Then in the end he said that his blessings are with Sonakshi and Zaheer.
Before the wedding, there were Mehndi and Haldi functions. All these functions took place at Zaheer's house.
